Dark Moon Essences are created by the same process developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the early 1900's for his range of Bach Flower Essences. This method has also been used to produce gem, and other essences, for support with mental, emotional & spiritual issues. Bach's essences consist of a solar infusion of selected flowers, preserved with a small amount of brandy or grape alcohol. The infusion is undertaken in such a way that there are no chemical constituents from the plant that enter the preparation, meaning they hold only the energetic imprint of the original substance. This results in an incredibly gentle, but powerful vibrational medicine that will not interfere with any other pharmaceutical, herbal or homeopathic medicines you may be taking, nor exaccerbate any sensitivities, allergies or intolerances.

Herbcraft's Dark Moon Essences are created with this same method, with one very significant disctinction; they are infused in the darkness of the New Moon, rather than full sun, making them entirely unique. The intended purpose for a New Moon infusion is to incorporate the intrinsic power, significant to this part of the moon cycle, for use in supporting those wishing to target trauma, or undertake deep spiritual shadow work. Additional astrological and spiritual correspondences are also researched and integrated to produce a truly holistic end product. Our intention is to create a number of kits with differing purposes, materials and places.
